- Full Stack Java Developer with Unemployment Insurance Modernization experience, Azure Cloud Migration, Lexis Nexis Digital Identity Platform experience:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Java Developer with a strong background in Unemployment Employment Modernization, Unemployment Insurance expertise, and expertise in implementing real-time fraud prevention using LexisNexis and ID Me Digital Identity Fraud Prevention solutions.
- The ideal candidate should also have extensive experience in the Azure cloud platform, Linux-based environment migration, AKS containerization, performance testing on containerized applications, and hands-on experience working with Linux - RHEL.
- Additionally, proficiency in designing and implementing UI/UX dashboards and migrating legacy UI applications to Responsive Web Design (RWD) using the Federal Government - U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) framework to build accessible, mobile-friendly government websites is required.
- The candidate must also possess working experience with Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) to provision and manage infrastructure on the Azure Cloud. Expertise in DevOps CI/CD using Jenkins is also essential for this role.
- Furthermore, the candidate should have a proven track record of high engagement with customers, understanding their requirements, and delivering solutions that meet their needs
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain full stack Java applications in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Implement real-time fraud prevention solutions using LexisNexis and ID. Me Digital Identity Fraud Prevention technologies.
- Migrate on-prem solutions to a Linux-based environment on the Azure cloud platform using lift and shift and Containerize applications using AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) Utilize Linux - RHEL hands-on for development and deployment activities.
- Modernize legacy UI applications by migrating them to Responsive Web Design (RWD) using the Federal Government - U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) framework to build accessible, mobile-friendly government websites.
- Utilize Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) to provision and manage infrastructure on the Azure Cloud.
- Implement DevOps CI/CD practices using Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
- Implement effective real-time fraud prevention mechanisms, leveraging technologies such as LexisNexis and ID. Me Digital Identity Fraud Prevention.
- Integrate fraud prevention solutions into Java applications, ensuring the security of sensitive data and mitigating risks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in real-time fraud prevention and continuously improve fraud prevention strategies.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience as a Full Stack Angular/Java Developer.
- Strong expertise in Unemployment Employment Modernization with a focus on UI Benefits and Claimant Self Service systems and processes.
- Extensive experience in Azure cloud platform and migrating on-prem solutions to a Linux-based environment.
- Proficiency in AKS containerization and performance testing on containerized applications.
- Hands-on experience working with Linux - RHEL.
- Experience migrating legacy UI applications to Responsive Web Design (RWD) using the Federal Government - U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) framework to build accessible, mobile-friendly government websites.
- Working experience with Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) for Azure Cloud provisioning and management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD using Jenkins.
