What You’ll Do
- Design, manage, and execute the onboarding and product integrations for new customers
- Drive and promote account growth, user engagement, retention, and success for customers by owning and partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Handle technical questions or objections, providing solutions to address customer needs and teach customers how to maximize the platform’s value
- Consult regularly with customers to understand their needs and pain points and develop strategies to proactively problem-solve.
- Identify gaps between best practices and actual product utilization and clearly communicate recommendations that enable the customer to fully adopt Duro’s solution.
- Serve as the “voice of the customer” and provide feedback to product and engineering teams on how we can best serve our customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a consultative customer facing role (account management, customer success management, sales engineer, etc.) for B2B SaaS products, preferably in a startup environment.
- 3+ years of prior experience working with PLM, CAD, PDM, and/or ERP systems, including expertise in application integration.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret customer data to drive insights and action.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
