Solution Architect and Functional Lead (4P) – Procurement, Planning, Inventory
Location : Irvine, CA
Position Type : Contract/ Full Time
Rate : DOE

Qualifications Required:

Functional professional with 5+ ERP Procurement, Planning, Inventory and PLM implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) and a senior team member or team lead on at least 2 full cycle implementations.
A minimum of 8 years of experience implementing Oracle Supply Chain Management applications for Direct and Indirect Procurement, Supplier Collaboration, Sourcing, Payables, Demand Supply Planning, Inventory.
Demonstrated experience in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, user training.
Must have experience collaborating with business users on business process enhancements.
Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design on Source to Settle, Plan to Buy and innovate process.
Good process understanding of processes related to Purchasing, Supplier Collaboration, and Product Lifecycle Management, Demand / Supply Planning and Item management.
A Bachelor's degree in Computers or Applied Sciences (Engineering).

Preferred:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Knowledge on ASCP, Demantra is added advantage
Exposure to Matrix Inventory and related operations is a big plus
Exposure to OBIEE
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
