Job Details

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment and mechanical systems to support operational effectiveness.
Monitor condition of property, facilities, tractor, trailer, and heavy equipment to identify maintenance needs.
Develop and implement schedule for regular maintenance and upkeep of our assets.
Develop, implement, and monitor strategies for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and effectiveness.
Develop, implement, and oversee the preventative maintenance process to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
Research and implement best practices for maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

High School Diploma, Technical Degree or Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Business Management or pertinent field.
A minimum of five years' experience, implementing and managing maintentance facilities, programs, and budgets for a hauling company with a fleet of diesel tractors, trailers, and heavy equipment.
Experience in Waste Management hauling a plus.
Working with 1099 independent contractors a plus.
Proven track record in implementing maintenance best practices and processes.
