LSI Staffing is hiring a Soldering Tech in the Verdi area!

Qualifications

Must have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently.
Experience in soldering with knowledge of IPC Standards is a plus.
Electronic and/or small mechanical assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic products using various tools and equipment
Perform soldering and assembly tasks according to company and industry standards
Operate and maintain various soldering and assembly equipment
Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions to accurately assemble electronic products
Ensure that all materials and components are properly handled and stored to maintain quality standards
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements
Meet production targets while maintaining high levels of quality
Continuously update knowledge and skills related to soldering and electronic assembly techniques
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding issues or concerns
Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
Follow all company policies and procedures
