Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of Energy Advisors to increase solar awareness and expertise.
- Foster a positive and high-quality customer experience across all team interactions.
- Set and achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Sales Management:
- Oversee the sales process from customer qualification to contract closure, adapting strategies based on market conditions and team performance.
- Ensure consistent and proactive account management to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage daily sales activities and performance metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Implement and participate in ongoing training programs to enhance team capabilities and leadership skills.
- Utilize advanced technology and applications to streamline sales processes and improve customer interactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the best financing and installation options for customers.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Availability for evenings and Saturdays, as required.
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone are essential.
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
