Solar Sales Consultant at Capital Energy

We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target solar buyers and educate them on how solar can save them money. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. $80,500 - $350,000 yearly

• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business

• You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
• A consistent top performer in sales
