About the Role
Driving this growth is our industry leading in-house sales training and development program. Starting with a three-month learning and development program designed to teach how Momentum Solar goes to market, regardless of if you’ve been in the solar industry. Due to this commitment to our people, Momentum Solar was recognized as the premier home for sales talent in the renewable space.
Fourteen- Week Growth Journey:
- Starting with a baseline assessment and initial in-class training
- Exciting 14-week gamified new hire journey
- $10,000 over first 14 weeks in bonus $$$ plus commission and base pay
- Two weeks of paid development training at regional office
