Solar Installer OR Apprentice - Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar

Now hiring for a Solar INSTALLERS and APPRENTICES!

Install Responsibilities

• Go over plan set details for installation
• Installation of attachments and racking
• Waterproofing penetrations properly
• Wire management
• Installation of micro inverters / optimizers
• Stringing configurations
• Roof conduit and penetrations
• Installation of modules
• Obtain mandatory photos
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Always maintain safety environment
• Complete daily report
• Ensure high quality and best practices

Qualifications:

• Experience Preferred but not required. WE WILL TRAIN
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV record
• Personal hand tools and cordless drills (18 V or equivalent)
• Be able to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the day
• Comfortable with heights
• Be able to interact professionally with customers
• Read and understand blueprints and schematics
• Mental toughness to complete installations on schedule
