Job Description
This employee provides application development/integration services to the Department of Technology, Management and Budget and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment.
This position is responsible for providing an advanced technical lead support role for Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM systems supporting the MDCR, MSCS and MiLeap Departments. They will have a primary supporting role with MiLeap and secondary supporting MCSC and MDCR. As the system architect, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

- Salesforce
- Experience with North 52 BRE and Document core pack a plus
- Experience with .Net Forms Automation a plus
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with MS Dynamics - 3-5 years
- PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certified – Highly Preferred
- Web Portal - 3-5 years
- PowerApps - 3-5 years
- Salesforce 3+ years
- Azure DevOps 5+ years
- Architect Experience 3-5 years
- Database Architecture Experience- 1-3 years
- Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years
- Technical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years
- Troubleshooting skills (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.) minimum years' experience required - 5 years.
Key Technical Skills:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service, specifically case management
- Knowledge of Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.
- Experience in software development lifecycle for Dynamics 365 and power platform implementations
- Agile Implementation Experience and Experience working with Azure DevOps Backlogs.
