What you will be doing:
- Audit the work of teams doing development to ensure that key process steps are being performed
- Develop tools/scripts to improve quality assurance capability
- Assist in industry/third-party process assessments
- Assist in test process definition

What you'll need to be successful:
- College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines. Degree Programs Considered: Bachelor's, Master's, PhD.
- Software Development experience
- Process Focus
- Scripting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Systems engineering perspective
- Matlab scripting
- Experience performing Software Quality Assurance work (preferred)
- PTC integrity (preferred)
- Knowledge of CMMI or Automotive SPICE (preferred)
