Position Description:
We are currently looking for a Level 1 Product Support Technician to join our team. Candidate will be providing clients with support for our Fund Accounting, Fund Raising, Foster Care, and other programs. Support issues will range from simple how to questions to basic network issues. Candidate will also receive various projects from time to time.
Training will be provided for our programs.
Daily activities:
Answer client support calls/emails
Sweep testing software
Various projects
Hours:
Monday – Friday 9 – 5 PDT
Required Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette
Technical skills/ pc troubleshooting / network troubleshooting
Accounting experience a plus (Knowledge of credit/debit theory)
Quick learner
Salary: $45,000-55,000
