We are actively looking for a Software Implementation Manager to join our IT team.
As part of the IT Group, the Software Implementation Manager oversees the deployment and integrations of various software packages.
They will manage various software implementations across the firm ranging from small scale implementations to complete ERP systems.
They will also ensure alignment with both organizational needs and technical requirements.
Responsibilities include system evaluation, specification, configuration, data migration, customization, and troubleshooting technical issues throughout the implementation process.
This role will be expected to participate in and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and provides technical expertise to optimize systems functionality.
They will manage a small team of Business System Specialists.
This position can sit in any city where Moffatt & Nichol has an office.
