We’re seeking an inspiring and innovative Software Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic Native team! This team is at the heart of crafting our cutting-edge mobile applications, pushing boundaries, and setting new standards for excellence in the mobile space.
In this role, you’ll partner with an exceptional group of Technical Leads, Delivery and Product Managers, and Designers, driving the strategic engineering roadmap and shaping the future of our Mobile product lines. What you'll do as a Software Engineering Manager
Lead a team of mobile engineers working on transformative initiatives and core product areas.
Establish strong lines of communication with a large and committed set of stakeholders across our global team.
Lead technical discovery and innovation alongside engineers to design and develop systems that evolve with business goals.
Mentor and empower team members through regular feedback, career development conversations, and leadership coaching.
Advocate for high software standards, ensuring the right level of investment to maintain scalability and performance.
Drive implementation and influence innovation across initiatives with technical leads.
Participate in hiring processes to grow a high-performing and diverse engineering team.
What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in large-scale mobile software development environments, with proficiency in Swift or Kotlin.
2+ years of leading and mentoring an engineering development team, including setting KPIs and supporting performance reviews.
Expertise in mobile app development, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and release processes, coupled with familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and version control (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Ability to foster collaboration in agile environments, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with security and performance testing practices is a plus.
