s an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a high-performing team of software engineers, playing a critical role in process optimization, team management, and project execution. With a 20/80 focus between systems and process optimization, you’ll be responsible for aligning team efforts to company objectives, driving best practices in Agile and DevOps, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.W
orking alongside Lead Engineers, whose focus is primarily on system architecture, you will ensure that the team adheres to high standards in both development practices and operational efficiency. Your role will also involve mentoring engineers, managing project timelines, and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity and delivery. You’ll act as a key liaison between development and product teams to ensure that project goals are clearly defined and met efficiently. This role offers opportunities for growth into more senior leadership within the organization as we continue to expand.

- anage and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their professional growth and development.O
- versee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical objectives.I
- mplement and refine processes for Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, emphasizing efficiency and quality.C
- ollaborate closely with the Lead Engineer to balance technical and operational priorities, setting standards for code quality and systems architecture.L
- ead sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and streamline communication.D
- rive accountability through data-driven KPIs, reporting on team productivity, quality metrics, and delivery timelines.F
- oster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.A
- ct as the main point of contact for product and UX teams, ensuring that all stakeholder requirements are clearly communicated and met.

xperienceB
- achelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with 7+ years in software development, including 3+ years in a management or team leadership role.E
- xperience in Agile and DevOps methodologies, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.P
- roven ability to manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and handle cross-functional team coordination.S
- olid understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (Next.js preferred).F
- amiliarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, with an understanding of how backend systems integrate with front-end development.S
- trong foundation in front-end and backend security best practices.E
- xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building positive relationships across teams and with stakeholders.E
- xperience in managing remote or distributed teams is a plus.
