Job Description
Dealer Network and Employee Engagement (DNEE) is a department that focuses on applications used in the support and tracking of dealer functions. Specifically for this role, the focus will be the Dealer Program Enrollment & Information (DPEI) application, which tracks what ***, Lincoln, *** Blue and Model e Programs a dealer is/can enrolled in, based on location and dealer agreements. The Full Stack Senior Software Engineer will be part of a team responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining a rewrite/modernization of the Legacy DPES application into it's updated and modernized form. The current application is written in classic ASP technology, using Oracle as the backend. The new application, which will be the focus of position, is written/modernized using JAVA, Angular, Springboot and PCF (on Prem), along with PostGres as the database. The updated application implements API's using Apigee. It was released in CAN in late 2022 and the US in August of 2023, and is in consideration for rollout to other markets in 2024. The application is also currently being migrated from it's OnPrem PCF infrastructure over to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), so knowledge of GCP is highly desirable.
