As a software engineer member of the documentation team, you will help write and maintain the scripts that automatically generate new product screenshots for every monthly product release.

- As a software engineer member of the documentation team, you will help write and maintain the scripts that automatically generate new product screenshots for every monthly product release.
- Replicate content from an existing product screenshot in an internal instance
- Recreate the screenshot by writing browser-driven scripts to take the necessary product screenshots featured in customer-facing resources, and annotate them accordingly
- Review the automated screenshots produced during the monthly release automation to identify and fix failed scripts
- Help track progress toward automating all possible product screenshots
- Support feature development in the automation framework
- Replicate content in an internal product instance and write browser-driven scripts to take and annotate screenshots
- Identify and fix broken screenshot scripts
- Support tracking of success criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with writing SQL and working with SQL relational databases.
- Experience with dynamic languages like Python, Ruby, etc.
- Experience working in a cloud environment
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience driving excellence through performant and maintainable code
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for transmitting application requirements and building business relationships
- Experience with CI/CD tooling Experience with the Cucumber testing framework or other Behavior Driven Development (BDD) tools
- Experience with browser-driven automation or UI testing
- Strong organizational mindset and ability to execute tasks independently
