As a result, our customers are better served. **Responsibilities** As a Software Engineer II you will be responsible for: + Design and implement new security features for SQL databases. + Conduct thorough code reviews and perform QA testing for security. + Implement and maintain measures to harden database systems. + Investigate and resolve security incidents, provide timely support. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and enforce security policies. + Optimize security features to minimize performance impact. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts effectively. + Contribute to process improvement and propose enhancements. + Stay informed on industry trends, contribute to R&D efforts. Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
