- The Software Development in Test (SDET) Engineer is responsible for developing tools/frameworks to solve complex software problems.
- Bake quality and effectiveness into the development process by assessing the root causes of issues and recommending test coverage and best practice.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop robust automation framework for mobile/web application testing.
- Build the necessary software/solution to execute and keep track of application quality and performance.
- Research and keep up to date to harden SDLC processes via new tools or implementing steps to increase stability and reliability.
- Debug large and complex codebase to assess the root cause of test failure, code review and suggest test coverage.
Education/Experience:
- Experience in testing as SDET's, must be able to write Automation scripts (API,UI).
- Experience with various test method & corresponding tools like Selenium, Katalon, PACT.
- 5+ years of experience in performing Integration testing, Regression testing, Database testing, System testing, Data verification testing and User acceptance testing (UAT).
- 4+ years of experience in performing Integration testing, Regression testing, Database testing, System testing, Data verification testing and User acceptance testing (UAT).
- 4+ years of experience in testing as SDET's.
- 4+ years experience with various test methods & corresponding tools like Selenium, Katalon, PACT.
- Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Functional Test Planning/Execution and Test Management.
- Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives.
- Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
- Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date .
