To accomplish this, you will be expected to have an established background in technology, excellent project delivery skills, good communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment. You should be somebody who enjoys working on complex system/software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building good software as well as making that software achieve its operational goals. Experience with building and operating backend applications, especially at massive scale, will be very applicable and helpful. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
