Develop, deliver, and maintain software applications, programs, APIs, services, database components, and systems. Review functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Code solutions and unit tests, perform automation and scripting, and ensure solution integrated into applications and systems with interfaces. Contribute to story refinement and definitions, and develop process flows, and conceptual and technical architecture diagrams. Confer with project development. Maintain documentation, identify problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test and validation plans. Use .Net, ASP.Net, LINQ, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, SQL Server, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Angular, Web APIs. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.  In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing database components; reviewing functional, non-functional, requirements; performing automation and scripting; ensuring solution integrated into interfaces; using .Net, LINQ, C#, HTML, CSS, SQL, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Angular, Web APIs. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
