The Role

We are looking for mid-level Software Developers (Python and/or Java) to join our team. This role requires working onsite with clients, tackling their most challenging problems, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

In this role, you’ll be expected to independently address technical issues, write efficient and complex scripts, and create impactful solutions that help our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Work onsite with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.

• Complex Coding: Develop and optimize distributed data processing systems using PySpark or Java Spark.

• Data Management: Leverage SQL like database to query, analyze, and manipulate data.

• Independent Problem Solving: Identify problems, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight.

• Solution Implementation: Take ownership of projects from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software development, with hands-on expertise in PySpark or Java Spark.

• Coding Proficiency: Strong ability to write clean, efficient, and complex code in Python or Java

• SQL Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and integration tasks.

• Problem-Solving Ability: A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and tackles challenges independently.

• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Adaptability: Comfort working onsite with clients and addressing their real-time needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with distributed systems and big data frameworks.
