About the Job
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
As an End User Technical Support Analyst, resource will be responsible for:
• Working with the Active Directory Resources to schedule the migration of the users’ desktops from their local network to the enterprise network.
• Performing the necessary tasks on the users’ desktops to ensure a smooth and successful migration, such as installing software, copying data, configuring settings, and testing connectivity.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the users before, during, and after the migration process.
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise on the users’ desktops or the enterprise network.
• Documenting the migration activities and reporting any problems or feedback.

Skills and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
• At least two (2) years of experience in desktop support and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online services and how they work with desktops.
• Familiarity with User Profile data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
