Software Developer (Expert) - ESC, Inc

ESC is seeking a full time Software Developer (Expert) to work on a contract located in Albany, NY.  This role will be partially remote and is supporting the NYS Higher Educations Services Corporation.  

Requested Qualifications:

• 7 years experience developing applications that are implemented using C# and/or VB.Net with the .NET framework (3.0 and higher) and/or the .NET Core framework.
• 4 years experience developing .Net based Web Services using C# and/or VB.Net.
• 5 years experience in the configuration of the Windows server, and the IIS web server application, to be able to run programs properly.
• 5 years experience in deploying .Net applications and Web services in IIS web server. 
• 4 years experience with Windows command line tools to check connectivity to servers and other resources.
• 3 years experience supporting Microsoft Access applications.
• 5 years experience developing SQL in SQL Server and Oracle database systems.
• 3 years experience working with Windows Task Scheduler to schedule applications to run at certain times with the necessary settings.
• 4 years experience with developing applications based on provided requirement documents and experience creating documentation for existing and newly created systems.
