The Role
As a developer you will play a pivotal role in our organization's technology solutions. You will work as part of the cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful design, development, and implementation of IT solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Achieve the development goals defined for each sprint.
- Attend scrum ceremonies actively - daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc.
- Ensure a clear understanding of epics and personas
- Estimate User Stories approved by the Product Owner
- Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
- Testing and deploying programs and applications
- Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software
- Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects
Talents you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Back-end Java/J2EE Development with Spring Framework, API development/REST services
- RDBMS experience, PostgreSQL a plus
- Cloud Development, AWS a plus
- Agile methodology, Azure DevOps a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to align technology with business goals

The base salary range for this role's listed level is currently $75,000 and $150,000. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members and alignment with market data.
