Description
The candidate will perform development tasks within .NET component or services and other necessary web development activities as required during the DMV modernization program including:
- analysis and code revision of existing applications
- development of detailed unit and system test plans
- system analysis and design using UML documentation
- design of web forms and reusable/shared web components
- creation of business logic components and methods
- project planning and documentation relative to the business requirements
- Remediation of any defects found in testing
- creation of a comprehensive help document for users as a reference and training guide development of post- production support plans
- development of user acceptance process.
Mandatory Qualifications
| 1. | 72 months experience developing application/system documentation using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) |
| 2. | 72 months experience coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript |
| 3. | 72 months experience coding Cold Fusion |
| 4. | 60 months experience in developing Responsive Web Design (RWD) applications and using Front-End Web UI Frameworks |
| 5. | 72 months experience writing (CRUD) statements and using Stored Procedures |
| 6. | 60 months experience using source code controller such as TFS and GIT |
| 7. | 60 months experience integrating with Web Services (SOAP/REST) |
| 8. | 48 months experience Developing to Web Accessibility Standards and using Accessibility Testing Products |
| 9. | 48 months experience coding .NET and Unit Tests |
| 10. | 12 months experience working for a government agency. |
