About the Job
The Team:
Verizon is looking for a OPs manager/Service delivery manager to join their Risk and Fraud management team to support the seamless IT operations including all layers of IT delivery and SDLC.

Ensure operational efficiency
Understands the SDLC from end to end
Implement operations management
Managing and support debugging applications
Understand operational SLA/OLA's and handle escalations
Liaise with business and IT leadership

Define, develop and communicate the Application operations processes and procedures
Provide input into the development of a tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy.
Ensure the successful transition and operation of Services Contracts.
Contributing to a teamwork environment by actively participating in OP support, Ticketing, ITIL and being available to help others when needed.
Ensure operational efficiency through the development and implementation of sound operational, process, quality, standard and service optimization processes
Required Skills
8-10 years' experience in Application Development/Production Support within a large-scale technology services environment across a range of services including Enterprise Services
Extensive experience in managed services and service delivery environment including technical and service management exposure
Experience supporting or managing production support
Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques, systems and standards.
Experience in importing and exporting data using Big Data technologies
Preferred Skills
ITIL 4 Process Knowledge [Process Definition , Integration]
CI/CD process in particular - GIT (Bitbucket), Jenkins, Jira, Confluence
Proficiency in Transition Management, Change Management & Project Financials, KPT & Reporting
