Overview

• Qualified applicants must possess a solid background in enterprise architecture, systems design and Salesforce architecture
• Experience in other SaaS or low-code no-code platforms is a strong plus
• Candidate needs to have served in leadership positions and have had prior experience building the architecture practice and nurturing talent pools
• 12+ years of experience with Enterprise architecture
• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience required
• 5+ years in the financial services industry
• Proven experience in standing up an architecture practice/competency within a team by hiring, coaching and training other architects/solution architects/ leads
• Excellent leadership & communication skills to articulate architecture vision, gain buy-in and align with both business and technical teams
