Job Description

As a Principal Consultant on our Web & Mobile team, you will provide subject matter expertise around web and mobile development solutioning and act as a lead project architect and direct report manager to a team of full stack developers.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate, identify, and develop custom software solutions
• Establish relationships with sales staff and client design makers
• Estimate and perform high-level planning of software development efforts
• Assist Product Owners and Stakeholders in the backlog
• Provide technical leadership to software development projects
• Provide oversight to lead training efforts for the development team
• Establish and provide governance over best practices and standards

Required qualifications:

• 4-year degree (or work experience equivalent)
• 10+ years of agile based custom software development experience
• 3+ years of architecting software solutions
• 3+ years managing a development team
• Ability to create and deliver presentations to mixed technical and non-technical audiences
• 3+ years of DevOps practices and procedures
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Quick and eager learner
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple assignments
• Ability to introduce new concepts to clients and teams
