Description
- Work with Project Management to meet objectives of BIS project.
- Guide a module Development Team.
- Guide design meetings and reviews.
- Work with ITS to determine what shared services are appropriate for the Medical Portal.
- Create/Architect shared services that may be utilized by other agencies when appropriate.
- Create/Architect the technical environment that will be used to implement the portal.
- Lead code reviews.
- Coordinate unit and integrated testing.
- Enforce architectural, design, and coding standards.
- Create system documentation.
- Create technical specifications.
Mandatory Qualifications
| 1. | 84 months experience writing C# code in Visual Studio. |
| 2. | 48 months experience with .Net CORE |
| 3. | 48 months experience writing MVC code in Visual Studio. |
| 4. | 48 months of experience with JavaScript and JS Libraries. |
| 5. | 36 months experience writing and executing unit tests. |
| 6. | 60 months of experience in creating SQL queries |
| 7. | 36 months experience with Source Control |
