Software Application Support Analyst
This is an onsite position with the ability to transition to a hybrid schedule once candidate is fully operational.
Responsibilities
- Provide software application support and create new applications as needed.
- Develop a data repository to consolidate financial and operational data from various business units.
- Implement a robust bar code scanning system to streamline processes.
- Write and implement clean, scalable code to ensure efficient application performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve issues and improve application stability.
- Perform thorough application testing and follow change management disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with end-users to identify issues and develop effective solutions or workarounds.
- Provide PC Technical Support when needed (break/fix, software installations, technical support).
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with SQL, X , SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and object-oriented software engineering principles.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in IT programming or a related field, as well as working knowledge of SharePoint and PowerBI.
- Active Directory, Office 365 experience.
