Job Responsibility:

• Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable- Bedding, Bath, and Window
• Design and layout die lines for new and existing products using Illustrator and Photoshop
• Coordinate design projects as directed
• Writing detailed product specifications
• Ability to produce organized presentations

Requirements:

• Color Management/Design
• Project Managment
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience

Skills and Abilities Qualification:

• BA Degree in Textiles or Fashion Design, a plus
• Proficient in Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suites
• Strong conceptual design ability and color sense
• 3D design a plus
• Proven understanding of the retail market trends
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
