Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Executive Director of Behavioral Health Services performs a wide variety of duties in Southcoast Physician Practices providing behavioral health services to Southcoast Health PCP patients across the system. Duties include conducting behavioral health assessments and providing behavioral health treatment including individual and family psychotherapy utilizing brief treatment modalities. Serves as a consultant and resource to practice staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders.Qualifications:
- A Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.
