Requirements:

• Current Indiana LCSW, CSW, LMFT, LPC social work license 
• Minimum 1+ years of experience with Adult Population
• Extensive experience with Group Therapy including both Mental Health and Substance Abuse
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
