To join this team please have the following requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree strongly preferred
• Dementia Certified Trainer preferred
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a social worker in a healthcare related setting
• Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center strongly preferred
• Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities
• Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
