Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Worker for a long-term care facility.The Social Worker is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.Qualifications of Social Worker:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.At least one year of relevant experienceExperience in Skilled Nursing preferredExcellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Requirements/Qualifications:
