Position: Social Media Manager
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Social Media Manager to join our team. If you have a knack for social media and love crafting engaging content, this role is for you! As our Social Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, collaborating with talented teams across Design, Digital Marketing, and Sales.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with various departments to develop and execute Blackstone's social media strategy across all platforms.
Define and drive growth for key social media performance indicators.
Manage day-to-day activities including content scheduling, copywriting, event promotion, and engaging with our audience and influencers.
Analyze weekly and quarterly performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
Foster community engagement by sharing audience feedback and insights.
Develop and expand digital communities across multiple social platforms.
Cultivate relationships with industry influencers to enhance our network.
Present strategies and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a brand or agency setting.
Proficiency in major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. (Experience with additional platforms like Reddit, Threads, Twitch, YouTube, Pinterest is a plus).
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Hubspot, or Sprout Social.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
Residency in the Tri-State area (NYC, New Jersey, Connecticut) preferred.
