Social Media Manager - Planet Interactive

Location: HYBRID (Hartford, CT) 
Duration: 6 Months 
Pay Rate: Up to $60.00/hour (DOE)

Planet Interactive is seeking a Social Media Manager with experience building out a social media strategy, FinServ product awareness and SEM to join a global Financial Services firm for a 6 month assignment starting in December 2024! 

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

• Build and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and needs and focusing on brand objectives and KPI’s
• Collaborate with content creators to develop a content calendar that ensures consistent and engaging brand presence.
• Identify specific KPI’s and measurement framework for all social channels
• Oversee the execution of all social media posts and campaigns including, development, editing, approval and monitoring across all owned social channels
• Advise on social media accounts’ design to ensure brand consistency of SEM’s involved in executive LinkedIn program
• Suggest and implement new features to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, design tools and applications
• Work closely with various corporate and business partners to communicate process and to ensue alignment and shared understanding
• Develop an engagement model and process for all social content from inception to execution

Education: 4 year college degree
