Job Duties: Lead the development and management of FFSS’s social media strategy as it relates to engagement, content performance, demand generation, brand awareness, and messaging for LinkedIn, Facebook,Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and beyond. Help FFSS discover additional social media platforms and launch profiles to continue expanding our reach. Develop and maintain the digital marketing and social media editorial calendar, including day-to-day messaging, scheduling, and social listening efforts. Leverage project and social management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, and Hootsuite to keep digital marketing on track with our content calendar. Partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Clinical, Legal and Compliance teams to develop and execute daily content, marketing campaigns and product launches. Work alongside external agencies and vendors to develop copy, graphic design deliverables, videos, and more. Conceptualize and execute new social media campaigns to grow audiences and foster global social conversations on new and existing platforms. Develop the social media paid advertising plan and budget for marketing campaigns to help raise awareness and generate leads. Partner with and advise supporting external teams in additional paid media efforts. Use knowledge of native business/ad tools to execute effective paid campaigns across all channels. Develop and execute Youtube optimization and best practice strategies for reach amplification, including identifying content gaps and partnering with clinical and education teams to develop/repurpose videos. Develop and grow an Influencer marketing program to amplify brand awareness and produce crowd-sourced content. Adapt to new technologies and features across all platforms, and introduce new content formats like Stories, carousel ads, Reels, IG Live, YouTube Shorts, etc. Ensure quality and consistency across all accounts. Oversee social media guidelines, policies, and quality control, and monitor all accounts to ensure guidelines and policies are adhered to. Establish and monitor response protocol for all accounts. Establish key performance indicators (including CTR, CPR, CPM), monitor campaigns for effectiveness, and produce reports on outcomes on an ongoing basis. Use knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableau, and platform-specific analytics tools to compare performance of digital activities. Leverage insights from performance monitoring to continuously optimize all organic and paid campaigns and tactics. Work with the entirety of the Marketing team to create synergy between all consumer-facing digital platforms. Support other digital marketing team members and channels in areas such as audience building, email automation, and landing page creation using software such as Hubspot or Eloqua. Lead the development of landing pages using wireframing techniques, graphic design direction, and data collection strategy. Assist with search engine optimization strategy for Sonosite.com and lead all SEO efforts for YouTube and other Social Media platforms. Employ Influencer marketing campaigns and the production of crowd-sourced content. Utilize digital marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, and Omniture. Utilize organic and paid social media KPIs, including CTR, CPR, CPM, and more.Own the digital marketing calendar and utilize content and project management tools including Hootsuite, Workfront, and Monday.com. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in position offered or related position. Must have at least one (1) year of experience in influencer marketing campaigns and the production of crowd-sourced content; utilizing digital marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, and Omniture; utilizing organic and paid social media KPIs, including CTR, CPR, CPM, and more; owning the digital marketing calendar and utilizing content and project management tools including Hootsuite, Workfront, and Monday.com; employing landing page development, including wireframing and UX strategy; utilizing digital marketing automation tools such HubSpot; utilizing Native Business/Ad tools; and employing SEO practices.
Salary: $75,500-$80,000/year
