Compensation : $60-65k/year
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage paid social media and video advertising campaigns from conception through execution.
- Oversee all campaign elements and implement audience targeting methods (custom, lookalike, in-market, and remarketing, etc.).
- Demonstrate profound expertise in Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) and Google Ads Video.
- Evaluate campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and prepare detailed reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
- Implement advanced tracking systems and conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and meet campaign objectives
- Strategically allocate and manage budgets across multiple campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to integrate paid social and video campaigns with overarching marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision.
What you’ll need to be considered:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing paid social media and video advertising campaigns.
- Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, and Google Ads Video.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience executing strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
