About Your Next Opportunity
HTC is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to drive revenue growth for our global sales team by developing and executing effective social media strategies. This pivotal role requires a skilled communicator who excels in creating impactful content, fostering engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement a global social media strategy aligned with business objectives, brand identity, and marketing campaigns to support revenue growth.
- Identify trends and new opportunities to enhance social media presence across platforms, driving audience engagement and sales.
- Oversee the creation of engaging, on-brand content tailored to diverse audiences across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with company initiatives, product launches, and global campaigns while supporting sales objectives.
- Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, questions, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Foster relationships with influencers, customers, and stakeholders to amplify the brand’s reach and impact.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong understanding of how social media strategies contribute to business outcomes.
- Business acumen and a keen interest in market trends and movements
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Abilities):
- Experience with influencer marketing or employer branding.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Multilingual capabilities or experience working in a multicultural environment.
Working Conditions:
- Primary work location is indoors.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and long periods of detailed work with VR equipment.
- The employee is regularly required to sit.

At the time of posting, HTC's estimated annual base salary for this position is $95,500 - $110,000 USD. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including candidate skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for participation in our discretionary bonus programs.
