Family of Companies (TTS, TTP, SAS, DGG, TRC, TTSA) in San Antonio, Texas, is Now Hiring a full-time, on-site, Marketing & Social Media Coordinator. We are client centric asset management and added value storage facilities, providing a broad set of services in a secured turnkey transportation logic center.
Responsibilities:
You will be working directly (on-site) with COO, sales teams, business managers, office manager, and owner to manage, tract and control all day-to-day social media content.

- Driving execution and production of marketing initiatives for all companies: TTS, TTP, SAS, DGG, TRC, TTSA, CalTex and DD.
- As a Social Media Coordinator, you will create and update websites, implement social media content and marketing strategies across various channels, engage with online communities, coordinate partnerships with influencers, maintain a content calendar, and analyze performance metrics.
- Create engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat and TikTok to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
- Create and manage the social media calendar, bi-weekly newsletter, and any day-to-day communication needs.
- Create content that promotes audience presence and drives traffic to direct websites and encourages audience engagement.
- Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers and participants.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a positive and timely manner, building a strong brand-program relationship.
- Assists in developing innovative campaigns and events that build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Plan and coordinate events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to find areas of collaboration and ensure event preparation and execution.
- Assist with administrative functions as needed.
- Other duties/tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bi-lingual English & Spanish a plus.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- A strong sense of institutional branding is also necessary to communicate a consistent message in all social media activity.
- Proficiency in content creation, video production, photography, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Detailed individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, all social media platforms and the ability to function well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia production is advantageous.
- Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills.
- Ability to deliver creative and thoughtful content and campaigns.
- Understanding of digital and social media trends, platforms, and marketing strategies.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent personal organization skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills: ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate. solutions/ideas, changing course as needed.

- Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm - on-site
- Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.
Compensation: Hourly
