Social Media Coordinator - Good Culture

Location: Remote

Job Type: 3-6 month internship (part-time; approximately 10-12 hrs/week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Social Media Intern to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing interactions on our social media platforms, sourcing trending content, and supporting our influencer marketing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media management, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Reply to product questions, complaints, and direct messages (DMs) on organic and paid social media platforms, including YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).

• Content Monitoring: Record and document all tagged content from social media platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

• Content Sourcing: Identify and catalog untagged, featured content related to our brand on social platforms to monitor trends and opportunities.

• Influencer Support: Assist in influencer seeding, and organizing of contacts, etc.

• Cataloging & Organization: Support the cataloging of internal inbound influencer needs, and maintain an organized record of all influencer and merchandise-related activities.

• Organization: Assist marketing manager in organizing social reporting decks, edited content, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

• Product & Service Documentation: Help explain and maintain the organization of the product catalog, ensuring all materials are up to date and easily accessible.

Job Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X)

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Interest in social media marketing and influencer collaborations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
