Social Media Brand Ambassador - Student - Kounsel

Position Overview 

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Brand Ambassador to join our team and elevate our brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. As the face of our brand, you’ll create exciting video content, host interactive livestream sessions, and build authentic relationships with our online community. Your work will help drive both brand awareness and sales by promoting our products in an engaging and natural way.

You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to align content with campaigns, track performance, and optimize strategies to maximize reach and impact while converting followers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and produce sales-driven engaging video content (e.g., tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos) for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the products you’re promoting to authentically showcase features, and benefits, and answer audience questions during livestreams and content creation.
  

• Host regular livestream sessions to engage with our audience, showcase new products, and answer questions in realtime.
  

• Respond to live questions, comments, DMs, and messages, building a positive and active relationship with followers.
  

• Serve as the face of the company, creating content that aligns with our brand’s tone, mission, and values.
  

• Develop a consistent content/live stream schedule to build audience anticipation and loyalty. 
  

• Work with the marketing team to align the content with overall campaigns and promotions. 
  

• Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and build partnerships.
  

• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategies for maximum reach and impact.
  

• Stay updated on social media and live stream trends to ensure innovative and appealing content. 
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. 
  

• Comfortable in front of the camera, with a natural ability to engage and entertain an audience.
  

• Experience with live streaming and online community management.
  

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with a diverse audience.
  

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box under pressure.
  

• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics).
  

• A strong understanding of trends and viral content strategies on social platforms, as well as audience engagement strategies.
  

• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut is preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  

• Experience with analytics tools to track social media performance. 
  

• A background in customer-facing roles or public speaking. 
  

• Proven experience creating video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
