We are looking for a Social Impact and Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team and play a key role in advancing the Foundation’s mission and impact. As Social Impact and Employee Engagement Specialist based in Atlanta, you will foster collaborative relationships with our funded partners, drive employee engagement through volunteerism, and monitor social impact metrics across the Randstad Foundation in Canada and the United States. You will work with project owners and executive committees to ensure the implementation and coordination of programs that meet our corporate citizenship goals, timelines and deliver measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will report to the Executive Director, Randstad Foundation for North America.
Randstad has adopted a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration. You’ll have the option to work remotely up to two days a week, offering a blend of remote flexibility and office engagement.

Program Coordination
- Coordinate and implement social impact programs (e.g., volunteering, charitable giving, sustainability initiatives).
- Track progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Organize and promote volunteer opportunities and community involvement activities for employees.
- Implement engagement campaigns, events, or challenges to increase participation.
- Act as a point of contact for employees interested in contributing to social impact efforts.
Partner and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with nonprofit organizations, charities, and community groups, particularly those funded through the Randstad Foundation.
- Assess potential partners to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Represent the organization at community events or partner meetings.
Communication and Awareness
- Develop materials (emails, intranet posts, newsletters) to promote initiatives and highlight success stories.
- Work with internal communications teams to share social impact updates with employees and stakeholders.
Data Tracking and Reporting
- Collect and analyze metrics on social impact programs (e.g., volunteer hours, funds raised, lives impacted).
- Prepare reports to showcase outcomes and contributions to leadership or external stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements to programs based on data insights and feedback.
General Administrative Support
- Support budget management for social impact activities.
- Support logistics and engagement for relevant events, campaigns, or projects.
- Handle inquiries related to programs and opportunities.
What you need to bring:
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to engage and motivate employees and volunteers across career stages.
- Collaborative mindset for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and maximize impact.
- Basic knowledge of social impact and corporate social responsibility (CSR) (preferred).
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in program coordination, grantee management, or employee engagement, ideally in the nonprofit or CSR sector.
- Proven ability to track and report on program outcomes, with a focus on measuring success and impact.
- Knowledge of nonprofit sector practices and regulations in the United States (preferred).
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for program-related activities or events.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
