We are hiring a Social & Digital Media Strategist for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and solutions for our clients, working closely with a project team that includes graphic designers, media specialists, and account and project managers to ensure flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft personalized digital solutions and campaigns tailored to our clients' unique goals, audiences, and brand requirements.
Provide expert social media knowledge on platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
Mentor social media specialists as needed.
Lead client meetings, including intake meetings, regular check-ins, and presentations of results.
Ensure the highest level of quality and service level commitments are met.
Communicate the success of social media initiatives through analytics and metrics reports, making necessary adjustments to improve results.
Provide clients with training, ongoing coaching, and documentation to help them successfully manage their own social media channels.
Offer channel and messaging recommendations to clients based on analytics and audience demographics.
Maintain a strong point-of-view on the future of social and digital media and how it applies to our clients.
Use social media tools such as Salesforce Social Studio, Google Data Studio, TweetDeck, and Sprout Social (or similar platforms).
Collaborate with Creative and other agency teams to ensure content is informative and appealing to online audiences.
Support the implementation of defined social media strategies to increase web traffic, calls to action, awareness campaigns, relationship building, and more.
You will report directly to our Senior Social & Digital Media Strategist.
Skills and Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, with experience in the healthcare and public health industry being a plus.
Agency or client services experience.
Proven experience using social media for advocacy and business goals.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other best practices (certification is a plus).
Demonstrated experience with social media tools and analytics/measurements and how to effectively communicate them to clients.
Proven track record of creating custom social media strategies that achieve results.
A self-starter with the ambition to lead and mentor a team.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Good time-management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Ability to travel or work outside normal business hours as needed.
