What You’ll Do
As our in-house Social Digital Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing Meta (Facebook Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns specifically aimed at boosting our Amazon sales. You’ll also create social media content that strengthens our brand and engages our followers, amplifying our online reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Advertising: Develop, launch, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns designed to drive traffic and conversions on Amazon.

• Social Media Strategy: Build a comprehensive social media plan that complements digital ad efforts and grows our online community.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze ad performance to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and achieving sales goals. Use data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

• Creative Content Creation: Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging ad content and organic social media posts that align with our brand.

• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting options to find the best combinations for maximum impact.

• Budget Management: Strategically manage advertising budgets to ensure effective spend across platforms.

• Reporting Insights: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, social media growth, and sales impact on Amazon, offering insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in digital advertising with a focus on Meta and Google Ads, specifically aimed at driving eCommerce or Amazon sales.

• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools to track campaign performance.

• Creative Strategic: Ability to develop effective ad copy, visuals, and audience targeting strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

• Analytical Mindset: Skilled at using data to make informed decisions, track KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Social Media Savvy: Knowledge of social media best practices and experience creating content that enhances brand presence.

• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with creative, marketing, and sales teams.
