EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):

• Graduation from and accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Social Work or closely related field AND
• One year of professional experience in one of a combination of the following: health care for children, adolescents, or geriatric populations: social work, or social or psychological counseling or one year of experience in early intervention and/or service coordination with individuals with disabilities in an educational, social services or medical setting: or one year of teaching early childhood education or assessing individuals with disabilities
• One year of additional qualifying graduate course work in a related field may substitute for the required one year of experience
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
