Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic TOCA Trainer to teach soccer skills, foster a love for the game, and promote sportsmanship in a tech-enhanced environment. Our innovative training program focuses on repetition and skill development, using the Touch Trainer for consistent practice. A successful candidate will be passionate about soccer, create a welcoming atmosphere, and thrive in a dynamic setting.
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
- Follow the Trainer Business Plan to grow sessions and clients.
- Create engaging training experiences to retain clients.
- Build long-term relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
- Meet monthly with the TOCA Training Manager to track performance.
- Collaborate on strategies to win back past clients.
- Utilize TOCA Training Methodology for tailored client plans.
- Incorporate Player Pathways for individual development.
- Develop evaluation processes for clients.
- Present session data for effective player development.
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and visually appealing environment.
- Work with the Training Manager on client recovery plans.
- Model TOCA training standards and create an engaging atmosphere.
- Adhere to safety protocols and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Youth, collegiate, or professional soccer coaching experience.
- Preferred experience in private training sessions.
- Background in club, college, or professional play preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for creating an inviting environment.
- Availability for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, lift, and stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift equipment over 30 pounds.
