Job Description
- Experience with designing and/or developing web services
- Model-driven development experience, preferably as a current or past member of a Client service provider or application consumer team
- Ability to write clear end-user documentation including design documentation, Service APIs, Use Cases, and Data definitions
- Experience with Banking products and financial industry business acumen
- Experience in Object- oriented analysis and design
- Experience in mapping data and in creating model-based schemas (XSD/WSDL/WADL)
- Hands-on tools and API experience (Source Control, Maven, XML, JAXB, Stax, JSON, SOAP, REST, Swagger)
- Communicating SOA and REST principles in a strategic context
- Exposure to Service governance policies, service portfolio and release management
- Competency in following design patterns, application best practices, and the software development life cycle
- Working with any of process modeling, data modeling, business rules
- Collaboration with agile development teams to coordinate delivery of software applications
- Scoping, estimating, and prioritizing work across competing projects
